- We lock in the supplier You receive booking confirmation and direct contact details.
- Pay the balance 60 days before Stripe suppliers: pay by secure card link. Direct-pay: bank transfer to the supplier.
Payment types
You’ll see one of the following at checkout depending on the supplier you choose.
✔ Stripe-connected supplier
Your payment is handled securely via Stripe.
- Pay a small reservation fee today (includes the deposit).
- Balance due 60 days before via a secure card payment link we email to you.
You can pay early any time using the link. We’ll send polite reminders before the due date.
✔ Direct-pay supplier
If your chosen supplier doesn’t use Stripe:
- Pay a small platform fee to us today (non-refundable).
- Balance due 60 days before by bank transfer directly to the supplier (they’ll invoice and share details).
Your supplier confirms receipt of funds and we’re here if you need help.
When is the final balance due?
Stripe-connected suppliers
60 days before your wedding, we email a secure payment link. Pay by Visa, Mastercard, or Amex.
- Reminders sent ahead of the due date
- Receipts emailed instantly
- Pay early any time via the link
Direct-pay suppliers
60 days before the wedding, the supplier’s bank transfer balance is due (they’ll confirm account details and references).
- They acknowledge receipt of funds
- We can liaise if anything changes
- All terms confirmed in writing
