Alternatively, non-alcoholic bubbly can supplied upon request, subject to our standard <a href=\"\/terms-conditions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">terms and conditions<\/a>.\u00a0 Most, if not all, wedding car Vehicle Owners will be in the same position, and so anyone offering complimentary champagne, without the necessary licenses, are breaking the law and liable for prosecution if caught.
